Kurobe Dam hits the No. 1 Nagano the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route side. It is the dam which is in a deep canyon with an altitude of 1500m, dammed up the Kurobe river, and was made. Kurobe Dam is called the common name Kuroyon (the fourth plant of Kurobe), and makes full use of the latest engineering-works technology of the time for seven years, the labor force which also amounts to a total of 10 million people, and that time.
