Bisyamondo Temple will be the Monzeki temple of the Tendai
sect of Buddhism which was in the north in Kyoto Old Palace built
by priest-of-high-virtue Gyoki by Emperor Kemmu's request from the first in 703.
It was rebuilt by the hand of both the bishops of Tenkai-Koukai in 1665 that it was burned down
by repeated war, relocated one place after another, and settled in present Yamashina at last.
